I was impressed with Zimax the moment they entered my house. I recently had an exterior leak in my master bathroom and was fortunate to find Alex and Milan. They treated both me and my home with respect and care. They brought foot covers when they 1st entered my house, responded quickly with a quote, and were always on time. The quote was complete with photos of my property and moisture imaging photos of my leak. When they started work, they covered all my furniture in the adjacent room to prevent cross-contamination. They quickly answered any of my questions. Alex went above and beyond, ensuring my issues were taken care of. I’ll be calling Zimax back if I have any other water leaks.
