I was lucky when I hired Zimax to handle my water damage. I had a sink overflow and my entire kitchen was a disaster, black water everywhere. Upon their arrival, they explained to me every step of the work they would perform in the next couple of days. My kitchen was packed, moved, and tested for asbestos and mold, with all reports.
After the completion of drying, they repaired the affected areas and ordered my insurance company to cover a brand-new kitchen and the entire loss.
